This policy provides cover to the employer for liability to employees for work-related bodily injury, disease or death and amounts that the employer shall have to pay in terms of Section 74 (1) of the NSSA Notice 1990. However, this policy does not cover legal costs from employee lawsuits charging discrimination, sexual harassment, or wrongful termination. These are more adequately covered under an Employment Practices Liability insurance (EPLI).
