This policy provides protection to the owners and operators of airport
complexes against material or non-material damages occurring on the territory
of an airport or on board an aircraft to which they provide catering services.
The policy can be customised to suit the scope of operations as airports differ in
size, air traffic volumes and aircraft facilities they offer. The policy usually
provides cover for:
a. Legal liability for Property Damage and Bodily Injury arising from the
ownership and operation of various airports
b. Legal liability for Property Damage and Bodily Injury arising from
providing Air Navigation service.
c. Legal liability for Property Damage and Bodily Injury arising from the
performance of all statutory functions relating to civil aviation.
d. Legal Liability arising from the use of non-owned aircraft whilst on the
ground in the care, custody or control of or whilst being serviced, handled
or maintained by your company.
